Job summary

The Canyons Castle Pines is seeking a Bartender to prepare and serve beverages and food to guests across the bar, dining room, and patio. The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and supports banquets and events as needed.

We offer eligibility for company medical, dental, and life insurance after 60 days of full-time employment, plus PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan after 30 days. Benefits kick in for full-time staff working 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• One year experience bartending; resort setting preferred.
• Food handlers certificate required or preferred.
• State/federal minimum age to serve alcohol must be met.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and greet guests at the bar, restaurant, or patio.
• Balance cash and process transactions accurately.
• Mix drinks, serve beverages, take orders, and manage to-go requests.
• Maintain a clean bar area and replenish supplies; assist with banquets and events.
