We are seeking an experienced bartender to craft exceptional cocktails that elevate our guest experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating both classic and innovative drinks, surpassing customer expectations.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and custom creations.
• Stay updated on the latest cocktail trends and innovate drink offerings continuously.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Stock the bar with necessary supplies, manage inventory, and restock as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and consistent service.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Set up and clean the bar area after shifts.

Skills :

• Proven experience as a mixologist or craft bartender.
