Qualifications

• Two years bartending experience, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation and guest relations.
• Must know wines, beers, liquors and drink preparation.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepares drinks following standard recipes and portion control.
• Creates a fun, high-energy guest experience while maintaining professional etiquette.
• Maintains bar setup daily, stocks liquor, garnishes, glassware and supplies.
• Describes beverages, makes recommendations, and upsells menu items.
• Handles cash/credit transactions and balances the bank at shift end.
• Follows health/safety guidelines and PPE requirements as applicable.
