Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Activities Program Attendant to support the Whitewater Putting, Jungle Kids’ Club, and related resort programs at Horseshoe Bay Resort. You will help ensure smooth daily operations and high guest satisfaction, while maintaining safety and cleanliness across activity areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare or activities programs is preferred.
• CPR and/or childcare certifications are preferred.
• Professional appearance and punctuality are expected.
• Knowledge of events and guest etiquette is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Manager in running Whitewater Putting, Activities, and Jungle Kids’ Club programs smoothly.
• Ensure guest requests and satisfaction are prioritized and handled promptly.
• Address guest issues by consulting with relevant managers to resolve problems.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked activity areas and equipment.
• Assist with scheduling, staff training, and daily task delegation.
• Coordinate with Events to price quotes and prepare rooms and supplies for groups/events.
