Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking an Activities Representative in Branson, Missouri to design and implement activities for guests. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma, have one year of guest service experience, and demonstrate leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in guest service/retail.
• Minimum one year of recreational activities experience.
• Ability to perform multi-task functions in coordination with management.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements resort activities for all resort guests.
• Maintains and balances operational expenses for the department.
• Provides exemplary guest service to all owners, exchangers and resort guests.

Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate guests to engage in activities

Proven leadership skills

Education

High school diploma or GED required

Some college preferred
