The role requires strong organizational and scheduling skills, 1–3 years of customer service experience, the ability to manage multiple projects, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Activities experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize for customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of resort activities from inception to completion.
• Plan, schedule, prepare, promote, and execute events and activities.
• Conduct engaging activities for various age groups.
• Develop supply lists for upcoming activities within budgets.
• Communicate professionally with managers and staff.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Resort Manager.
