Equity LifeStyle Properties in Clermont, Florida seeks an Activities Assistant-Clerbrook to plan and implement weekly resort activities and events, ensuring memorable guest experiences and smooth execution from inception to completion.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and multi-tasking skills. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in service are expected; activities experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license may be needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in customer service.
Activities experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and scheduling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize by customer needs.

Responsibilities

Help plan and implement weekly resort activities and events.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests have memorable experiences.
Coordinate all aspects of activities from inception to completion.
Plan, schedule, prepare, promote and execute events and activities.
Conduct engaging activities for various age groups.
Develop supply lists for activities within specified budgets.
Communicate regularly and professionally with managers and staff.
