Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties (ELS) in Clermont, Florida is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan and implement weekly resort activities and events. You will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have memorable experiences across our communities.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities from inception to completion, planning within budgets, and communicating with managers and staff to ensure successful events and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize for customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of resort activities from inception to completion, planning and promoting events within budget.
• Plan, schedule and execute activities and events; ensure engaging activities for various age groups.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with managers and staff to ensure successful guest experiences.
