Qualifications

• Expérience avec les enfants en tant que conseiller de camp ou animateur.
• Capacité à travailler dans des environnements variés, en plein air et sous la pluie.
• Certifications en RCR / Premiers secours souhaitées.

Do you love being the life of the party, organizing awesome events, and making people smile? We're looking for a Summer Activities Coordinator to bring energy, creativity, and pure fun to our guests' vacation experience across all our IAM Resorts locations in beautiful Old Forge, NY!

What You'll Be Rockin' On the Daily:
Plan and run a wide variety of awesome activities-from arts & crafts and sports tournaments to movie nights, campfire singalongs, themed parties, and more!
Be the host with the most-making guests of all ages feel welcome, engaged, and excited to participate.
Build weekly activity schedules that keep the fun going, and make sure everything runs smoother than a slip 'n slide.
Lead with confidence, whether you're rallying kids for a scavenger hunt or hyping up a water balloon fight.
Keep our supplies organized and ready to roll-because nobody wants to run out of glitter mid-craft!
Communicate plans clearly to guests and team members, and handle questions or changes like a total pro.
???? Keep it safe! Enforce safety rules, administer basic first aid if needed, and make sure every activity is worry-free fun.

You'll Totally Crush This Role If You:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for backgrounds in education, theater, or recreation).
Have experience working with kids and leading groups-camp counselors, party hosts, performers, and youth leaders, we're looking at you!
Are a strong communicator, a creative thinker, and someone who thrives on bringing people together.
Can stay upbeat in all kinds of weather and settings-indoors, outdoors, rain or shine!
Have (or are willing to get) CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard certification.
Are active, energetic, and ready to move, lift, and lead all day long.
