Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled in a four-year university program (sophomore level or above).
• Experience in accounting, invoicing, or collections preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to determine reason for delinquency and negotiate repayment.
• Research accounts and analyze data before contact.
• Accepts and processes written and phone notifications to resolve issues.
• Adjust and note customer accounts.
• Stay current on policies via help systems and bulletins.
• Contribute to process improvements and customer experience.
• Provide supporting documentation as requested.
• Log disputes and coordinate with maintenance locations.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot as needed.
• Research and resolve failed transactions.
• Perform other duties as needed.
