Job summary

JSP, a global leader in foam production, seeks a Resins Machine Operator in Butler, PA. Monitor and record material during packaging, ensuring quality and on-time delivery on a rotating 12-hour schedule (7a-7p and 7p-7a).

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, $20/hour base pay plus a $0.75/hour shift differential for qualifying hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, Life/Disability insurance, 401k with match, 10 holidays, PTO after 90 days, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
• Must be able to operate a forklift, requiring arm/leg strength and good depth perception.
• Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for employment.

Responsibilities

• Move foam material through piping system using computer systems.
• Package material for orders and label correctly.
• Complete all ISO/IATF documentation with precision and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and address blockages.
• Load and unload trucks with a forklift (training provided).
