Terrazzo and Marble Supply Company is a 100% Employee-Owned, industry-leading distributor with over 75 years of success. We are seeking a Full-Time, Permanent Sample Producer for a Monday–Friday day shift to learn a specialized trade and connect with influencers in the field.

This role involves pouring, grinding, and polishing terrazzo and resinous samples, tinting epoxy, and maintaining safe, organized work areas while contributing to quality improvements. Join a stable employee-owned team.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• History of reliability.
• Ability to operate grinding and polishing machinery and various saws.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm amid changing priorities.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Proficiency with math.

Responsibilities

• Pour, grind, and polish custom terrazzo and resinous samples.
• Tinting quarts/gallons of epoxy.
• Organizing and refilling chip containers.
• Loads/unloads materials onto/from containers and uses proper tools.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
