Job summary

Precast Terrazzo Enterprises in Raleigh, NC is seeking full-time shop employees for a Monday–Friday day shift, 6 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime available. Join a 100% employee-owned company that crafts premier custom terrazzo and provides hands-on training in a specialized trade.

You will follow drawings, build and pour molds, mix blends, and perform sanding, cutting and polishing while ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic calculations.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Good color discernment for material types.
• Warehouse experience helpful; forklift a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions for diverse designs.
• Build and create molds.
• Mix custom blends and pour into molds.
• Sand, cut and polish precast products.
• Confirm quality control and design specifications.
• Ship and receive materials and raw materials; fill customer orders.
