Jobtailor seeks a dedicated operator to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of reactor and related equipment at our Louisiana facility.

You will follow all safety practices, participate in audits and training, and perform real-time data entry in MES, SAP, and MS Office. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong math, organization, and a proactive, self-driven mindset. Experience in process safety is valued.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of reactor and associated equipment.
• Ensure all safety practices and policies are followed during regular operations, unit maintenance and outages.
• Participate in safety audits, training, inspections, incident investigations and PSM/PHA activities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of site air, water and discharge permits.
• Perform real time data entry using MES, SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc as needed.
• Sample raw materials, in-process, and finished product.
• Load finished product onto tank trucks following all policies and SOPs.
• Offload raw materials from tank trucks to raw material storage following all policies and SOPs.
• Perform minor unit maintenance under qualified supervision.
• Clean and maintain equipment per guidelines.
