Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mix and apply resin to composite materials to enhance strength and durability.
• Inspect and prepare wood veneer for assembly process.
• Prepare bat's assembly for polyurethane core injection.
• Place cored assembly into molds, demold after resin cures.
• Operate machinery and equipment to apply resin to materials.
• Inspect each piece for imperfections and repair as needed.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Record and report equipment or supply issues to supervisor.
