Marucci Sports LLC is seeking a Resin Molding Technician in Baton Rouge, LA. The role focuses on applying resin to composite materials, preparing wood veneer for pre-wetting, and managing the plastic core during the molding process of Baum composite baseball bats.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with resins and composite materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mix and apply resin to composite materials to enhance strength and durability.
• Inspect and prepare wood veneer for assembly.
• Prepare bat assemblies for polyurethane core injection.
• Place cored assembly into molds and demold after resin cure.
• Operate machinery/equipment to apply resin to materials.
• Inspect pieces for defects and perform repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure scheduling and timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report issues to supervision.
