Job summary

Marucci Sports LLC is seeking a Bat Painter I to apply paint, varnishes, and coatings to wood, metal, and plastic components. You will learn and follow painting techniques, including spraying, while maintaining safe work areas and inventory.

A team-oriented environment and the ability to quickly learn production equipment are essential. Preferred candidates have industrial painting experience and/or spray gun experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Industrial painting experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with using spray gun preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Apply basic paint colors, varnishes, and coatings to materials such as wood.
• Use painting techniques including sprays.
• Set up and maintain work areas; operate painting equipment following safety procedures.
• Maintain clean work areas, repair tools, and manage equipment inventory.
• Inspect paint jobs and materials; adjust colors and fix defects.
