NPAA is seeking a Resin Supervisor to coordinate manufacturing in the Polymer (Resin) and Bucketwash areas, overseeing scheduling, inventory and maintenance with a flexible work schedule. The role leads personnel to ensure timely production and adherence to standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Operations Management from accredited school preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years chemical manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or project management experience preferred.
• HAZMAT training or site Incident Commander experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Organizes, directs, and oversees the correct and timely completion of production functions.
• Organizes, prioritizes and oversees production functions and ensures processes meet company standards.
• Ensures materials and equipment are available and maintained, and coordinates maintenance activities.
• Maintains production and inventory records and supports related paperwork and reports.
• Monitors production schedule and communicates significant issues to management; coordinates repairs.
• Ensures safety, quality, and deadlines are met; maintains clean, secure work areas.
