Marine Concepts in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Closed Mold Infusion Technician to join the infusion department. You will perform closed mold infusion processes, prepare resin systems, lay up materials, and operate vacuum systems to produce precision composite parts and molds for marine, aerospace, and wind energy applications.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in composites, infusion, or closed molding preferred (will train the right candidate).
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, and specifications.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and materials.
  • Lift 40 lbs. consistently throughout shift.
  • Work overtime when needed.
  • Stand for duration of shift.

Closed Mold Infusion Technician – Composites Manufacturing

Design Concepts/Marine Concepts, a division of Patrick Industries, is a leading composites manufacturer specializing in CNC plugs, parts, and molds, as well as advanced composite components for industries across the United States. We are currently seeking skilled and motivated candidates to join our infusion department.

As part of our close molding team, you'll gain hands-on experience working with a wide range of materials and applications across industries such as marine, aerospace, and wind energy—all within a sector recognized as the future of composites.
