Job summary

Arclin USA is hiring a Chemical Production Operator for Moncure, NC. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this entry-level, full-time role focuses on manufacturing resins and formaldehyde in a safety-conscious environment.

You will execute defined production tasks, follow HSE regulations, and support a safe, efficient operation. You’ll work with a team to meet production schedules, handle materials, run basic laboratory checks, and adhere to quality standards while rotating through day,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience is a plus but certification can be obtained.
• Able to drive a Tractor/Tanker unit or learn to do so.
• Analytical and mechanical mindset needed for success.
• Rotating shifts (Days/Nights/Evenings) required.
• Must follow strict Health and Safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Capability to sit, stand, walk, and climb; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture resin and formaldehyde according to procedures and HSE regulations.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products (tanker trailers, railcars, trucks).
• Operate a forklift to move materials.
• Coordinate with management to meet production and shipping schedules.
• Ensure shipping documents comply with regulations and corporate requirements.
• Participate in safety committees and follow site rules for quality and safety.
• Monitor processes and report deviations to leadership; assist with corrective actions.
• Support maintenance and production scheduling to meet targets.
