Job summary

Sun Polymers in Missouri seeks experienced Blenders to support resin manufacturing. You will stage, prep, load, cook, sample, test, and offload finished products, while ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently.

We offer both 1st (7a-5p during initial 45 days) and 2nd (5p-5a) shifts. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of large‑scale blending experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• General math.
• 3 years’ experience large scale blending, mixing, batching.
• Experience operating machinery or equipment.
• Must past drug and background.

Responsibilities

• Start production machinery at the beginning of shift.
• Load reactors with materials in various stages.
• Monitor production to prevent interruptions.
• Monitor control boards for temperatures to meet specs.
• Perform sampling and testing to ensure product specs.
• Keep production area clean and debris-free.
• Move materials to production areas.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for production and handling.
• Meet production deadlines.
• Report issues to Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Complete daily production tasks.
• Assist in other departments as needed; cross training provided
