Job summary

We are seeking an Adhesives Blender Technician for Riviera Beach, FL. This role is ideal for a dependable production professional with hands-on manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and an interest in chemical raw materials and adhesive blending.

You will batch materials, operate automated and manual blending systems, maintain accurate production records, and help keep operations safe, efficient, and compliant with GMPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing, production, blending, batching, or related hands-on experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for quantities, fractions, and measurements.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Batch adhesive products to supply production lines using automated and manual systems.
• Operate, adjust, and change over production equipment as needed.
• Handle chemical raw materials safely and accurately.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and support 5S and CI activities.
• Ensure GMPs and SOPs are followed for a safe, compliant operation.
