Qualifications

• Hands-on with backup/replication platforms (Veeam, Commvault, Zerto).
• Experience with cloud recovery solutions (Azure ASR, AWS DRS).
• Ability to create runbooks and automation scripts.
• Familiar with resiliency standards like NIST SP 800-34.

We are looking for an experienced Resiliency / Disaster Recovery Engineer with a strong infrastructure, systems, or cloud engineering background.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on Disaster Recovery, backup/replication, failover, automation, and recovery operations.

What we’re looking for:

• 5–8+ years in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Cloud Engineering, or related areas
• Hands-on experience with Veeam, Commvault, Zerto, or similar backup/replication platforms
• Experience with Azure Site Recovery, AWS DRS, or similar cloud recovery solutions
• Knowledge of DR orchestration, automation, failover/failback, and runbook scripting
• Ability to work across infrastructure, network, cloud, and operations teams
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-34 or similar resiliency frameworks
• Ability to write technical procedures and scripts

On-site requirement: Once per month

Work location: U.S.-based candidates only

Background check: Must be able to pass an NC State Bureau of Investigation background check, including fingerprinting

Familiarity with ISO 22301 is a plus.
