The role involves research, data collection, document development, and coordination of meetings, with exposure to GIS, dashboards, and project systems. No professional experience is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of at least 60 credit hours toward a degree by start of internship.
• Preferred fields include Emergency Management, Public Policy, and GIS.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support resilience, emergency management, disaster recovery, grant, and planning projects.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, maps, briefing materials and logs for internal and client use.
• Maintain datasets, dashboards, SharePoint sites, and project records.
• Conduct research and data visualization, GIS support, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support project execution and funding programs.
