Qualifications

BA or BS degree required.
1 year of related experience minimum.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with PC and common software tools (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with departments to create and maintain Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, and Incident Response Plans.
Serve as on-call contact for disruptions, coordinating with departments to identify impacts and recovery priorities.
Design, facilitate, and evaluate exercises testing continuity and incident response plans.
Promote continuous improvement in contingency planning using data and stakeholder feedback.
Apply project management to define scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Develop leadership reports highlighting updates, trends, and risk metrics.
