Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a Sr. Manager, Residual Value Risk to lead a team responsible for residual value setting and forecasting across the vehicle lease portfolio.

You will collaborate with Modeling, Product, Remarketing, Finance, and OEM teams to drive informed decisions and maintain strong controls. The role emphasizes risk analysis, management reporting, and continuous process improvements, including quality controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in residual value risk management or related analytics.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage residual value risk for the vehicle lease portfolio, including setting and forecasting residual values.
• Oversee portfolio performance analysis, loss trends, and forecast-to-actual results.
• Deliver management reporting, dashboards, and presentations for governance and OEM partners.
