We are backed by top venture capital investors QED Investors, TTV Capital, Fika Ventures, and Bling Capital.

Residual Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, calculating, and validating residual partner payments, referral fees, and other revenue-sharing obligations across our ecosystem of ISVs and referral partners. This role requires deep expertise in the payments industry, strong data science and analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex partner agreements and transaction datasets. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, timely, and transparent reporting and payment processes that strengthen our partner relationships and support the integrity of our financial operations. You can expect to collaborate with teammates across Operations, Billing, and Finance.

●Residuals Management: Analyze and calculate monthly residual payments, referral commissions, and partner fees based on transaction data, fee structures, and partner agreements

●Data Analysis: Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from payment processors and internal databases to ensure the integrity of financial calculations

●Heavy Excel Calculations: Build advanced Excel workbooks, including complex formulas, macros, and dynamic dashboards to automate residual calculations and reporting processes

●Data Visualization and Reporting: Develop and maintain partner-facing and internal dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to provide clear insights into residual payments, partner performance, and financial trends

●Partner Reporting: Generate detailed partner statements; troubleshoot and resolve inquiries related to residual payments, referral fees, and program performance

●Agreement Interpretation: Interpret and operationalize partner agreements, applying complex fee splits, bonuses, thresholds, and adjustments accurately within reporting models

●Process Improvement: Continuously improve automation and scalability of residual processes, reducing manual intervention while maintaining data accuracy and auditability

●Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Business Development, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure residual processes align with broader financial and contractual frameworks
