Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Completion of at least 60 hours of college training preferred.
• Class E license (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and role model with youth regarding daily activities per the program schedule.
• Track and document youth behavior and participation in database and logs.
• Provide input and implement individual youth treatment plans.
• Communicate with therapists, case managers, and staff regarding youth needs.
• Supervise and/or administer medications and complete documentation.
• Transport and accompany youth to appointments and outings.
• Maintain security, cleanliness, and safety of the facility and equipment.
• Perform Safe Crisis Management certified interventions as required.
• Serve as a training instructor for required agency training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
