Job Description and Requirements

Conferences and Institutes is seeking Youth Program Leaders for Mining Rocks Camp, scheduled for July 20-25, 2025.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising minors 24/7 ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Managing program activities, emergency responses, medication, and health information.
  • Assisting with instructional content and activities.
  • Monitoring participant behavior, mental health, and environment at all times.
  • Responding swiftly and calmly to any issues, including sensitive situations.

Required clearances:

  • PA State Police Criminal Background Check
  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance
  • FBI Criminal Background Check
