Fresno Mission seeks a Residential Youth Program Coordinator to lead the Fresno Mission’s Youth Services residential program, guiding youth toward personal growth and stability. You will train and support staff in mentorship strategies, goal setting, and trauma-informed approaches, ensuring accountable, compassionate engagement.

The role emphasizes safe, structured environments, spiritual growth, and accurate documentation, with daily Devotionals and outreach as core components of the mission.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience working with youth, young adults, or related human services.
• Experience with conflict resolution and trauma-informed care.
• Associate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Service, Youth Ministry or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the residential program.
• Coach and support staff in effective youth engagement and mentorship.
• Hold youth and staff accountable through clear communication and constructive feedback.
• Lead daily devotionals, prayer, and spiritual growth activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and program records.
• Address conflicts and barriers to progress with compassionate conversations.
