JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Conferences and Institutes is seeking Youth Program Leaders for Weather Camp, scheduled for June 15-19, 2025.
Responsibilities include supervising minors for 24 hours, managing program administration, ensuring youth compliance with policies, emergency response, communication with supervisors, medication management, and overseeing health information. Leaders may assist with instructional content and activities.
Youth Program Leaders are responsible for monitoring participant safety, behavior, mental health, and environment at all times, including non-instructional periods. They must respond calmly and promptly to issues, handle sensitive information, and follow notification protocols.
