Job Description and Requirements

Conferences and Institutes seeks Youth Program Leaders for the Advanced Weather Camp from June 22-27, 2025.

Responsibilities include supervising minors 24/7, managing program administration, ensuring safety and compliance, handling emergencies, and communicating with the Program Director and Manager. Leaders may also assist with developing and delivering instructional content.

Leaders must monitor participants’ safety and behavior at all times, respond swiftly and calmly to issues, and handle sensitive situations.

This role requires three publicly available clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and FBI Criminal Background Check.
