Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or 60 college credits.
• Two years of experience working with youth or seven years of parenting experience considered.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of background checks.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise youth while modeling positive behavior.
• Support daily routines, recreational activities, and life skills development.
• Assist with individualized treatment plans and psychosocial education.
• Provide emotional support and help youth develop healthy coping skills.
• Document services, progress, and incidents accurately.

Education
