Job summary

Mount Prospect Academy in Pike, New Hampshire, is hiring Awake Overnight Residential Counselors to supervise and support adolescents in our residential treatment program. This role offers overnight hours, a 4-day work week, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 60 college credits, or relevant experience
• Two years of experience working with youth or seven years of parenting experience considered
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and ensure student safety
• Assist with bedtime routines and morning transitions
• Offer support during crises and maintain a calm environment
• Build positive, trusting relationships with youth
• Accurately document incidents, observations, and progress
