Job summary

Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) seeks compassionate Residential Youth Counselors to mentor and support adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting.

You'll supervise youth, model positive behaviors, facilitate routines, and help implement individualized treatment plans while documenting progress; benefits include up to $19/hour with a 4-day work week and opportunities for tuition assistance and career growth. Housing is available near Campton and Pike locations in NH.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR 60 college credits.
• 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor youth, model positive behaviors, and manage crises.
• Facilitate daily routines, recreational activities, and life skills training.
• Support individualized treatment plans and document progress.
