Job summary

The Ministry of Justice is hiring Residential Workers for Weston Approved Premises in Weymouth. This office-based role requires handling 625 or 1250 annualised hours and covering a mix of day and night shifts, 7 days a week, with premium rates for unsocial hours.

You will supervise residents, assist with license compliance and resettlement, perform inspections, and work with partner agencies to support safe community integration.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Experience with people who have social or personal difficulties preferred.
• Strong numeracy and literacy for report writing.
