West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Grand Rapids, MI. You will start early at 6:30 AM, load materials, and travel to customer homes to install replacement windows and exterior doors, while maintaining a clean work area and strong customer rapport.

The role requires carpentry/remodeling experience, basic hand and power tool knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Company benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction - or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
