Qualifications

• 1+ year carpentry or residential remodeling experience.
• Window installation experience is a plus, not required.
• Able to read a tape measure and use hand tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install residential windows and doors to company standards
• Work with a Crew Leader to maintain clean and safe job sites
• Organize tools, equipment, and company trucks
• Follow safety guidelines and installation procedures
• Complete daily tasks as directed by the Installation Manager
