We are looking for an Installer to join our Houston team. You will help deliver exceptional window and exterior remodel experiences, reporting to the Installation Manager and collaborating with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Operations staff.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or a strong desire to learn
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure
• Valid Driver’s License and smart device for company systems

Responsibilities

You will:

• Meet at the warehouse at 6:30 AM, gather materials, and load trucks
• Drive to customer homes, greet clients, and establish rapport
• Install windows and exterior doors
• Ensure cleanliness and care for customer homes post-installation
• Enjoy consistent, year-round work

Schedule: Monday – Friday, starting at 6:30 AM
