Thrive Academy in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking a Residential Wake-Up Team member on a part-time basis to supervise and assist students in dorm wake-up routines. The role runs mornings with a 6:00 AM start and may involve additional select mornings.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 10-14 students grades 7 thru 12 wake-up and complete morning routines in their dorms prior to school beginning from 6am - 7:30pm.
• Make sure students wake up on time to have breakfast, get dressed in proper uniform and have time to tidy their dorm rooms prior to the start of school.
• Keenly monitor and track student behavior.
• Ensure students are in proper uniform and moving to and from the appropriate locations in the dormitory.
• Ensure students have cleared from dorm units and head to class each morning.
