Job summary

AAMCI in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Turnkey Prep Technician to perform initial cleanouts, basic cleaning, and prep of residential units for maintenance and painting under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

This full-time, Monday–Friday position at 8:00–5:00 offers $19 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, a generous 401(k) with company match up to 5% after one year, paid holidays, and paid time off

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform outdoor, hands-on tasks.
• Comfort working under supervision in a maintenance setting.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from vacant units during trash-out.
• Perform light cleaning to prepare spaces for maintenance.
• Assist painting activities by removing plates and masking surfaces.
• Help maintain clean common areas and comply with safety standards.
• Support property upkeep by trash removal and grounds cleaning.
• Sweep or blow walkways and maintain entrances.
• Report damages or unusual conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required.
