Job summary

Stier Supply Company, a family-run leader in Millwork Services, seeks a Trim Punch Carpenter for residential job sites in the Southeast. You will install interior trim, doors, hardware, blinds and perform punch work with a focus on quality and safety.

This full-time position offers weekly pay and a supportive team environment. Applicants should own their tools, have a valid license, and be able to transport materials using a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry.
• Own tools, smartphone, valid driver license, and insured vehicle for daily use.
• Must be willing and able to use a personal vehicle to transport materials as needed.
• Physical capability to meet job demands, including standing and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy.
• Authorized to work for any US employer.
• Work environment includes active construction sites, outdoors, varying weather, PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs with attention to detail on residential job sites.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to meet job requirements.
• Maintain site cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and inspect work quality.
• Use digital tools daily for task management.
