Stier Supply Company is seeking a Trim Punch Carpenter to join our residential install teams across the Southeast. The role focuses on interior trim, doors, hardware, blinds, punch work, and warranty services on new home builds for major nationwide builders.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry.
• Own tools, smartphone, valid driver license, and insured vehicle for daily use.
• Must be willing and able to use a personal vehicle to transport materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs on residential job sites focusing on detail and efficiency.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to meet job requirements.
• Maintain site cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and inspect work quality.
• Use digital tools daily for task management.
