Job summary

Stier Supply Company is seeking a Trim Punch Carpenter for residential installation work across new neighborhoods. You will install exterior and interior doors, trim, stairs, and hardware, focusing on quality results on customer sites.

Join our field team for steady local work, safety training, PPE, life and health insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid vacation. This is a full-time (W2) position with Monday–Friday schedules on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry.
• Own tools, smartphone, valid driver license, and insured vehicle for daily use.
• Must be willing and able to use a personal vehicle to transport materials as needed.
• Physical capability to meet job demands, including standing and lifting up to 75 lbs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy
• Authorized to work for any US employer

Responsibilities

• Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs, focusing on detail and efficiency on residential job sites.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to meet job requirements.
• Maintain site cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and inspect work quality.
• Use digital tools daily for task management
