Job summary

CenterPointe in Lincoln, NE seeks an experienced mental health professional for a residential program delivering comprehensive behavioral health services. You will provide individual and family therapy and conduct client assessments.

You’ll respond to crises, participate in on-call rotations, and coordinate care with community agencies for clients with co-occurring issues. Evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage is required. A Master’s degree and Nebraska LMHP/LIMHP or LADC license are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience working with persons with co-occurring issues.
• Active LMHP/LIMHP and LADC licenses in Nebraska (provisional status allowed).

Responsibilities

• Work as a team member within a residential facility providing behavioral health services.
• Provide individual and family therapy for program clients.
• Conduct client assessments and monitor progress.
• Respond to crisis situations and interventions as needed.
• Provide care services during evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Serve as liaison with community agencies to coordinate treatment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments.
