Job summary

CenterPointe in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Rehab Recovery Facilitator to assist the Program Director in implementing the MidPointe Day Rehabilitation program. You will supervise adult participants, enforce facility rules, and ensure a safe, supportive environment.

The role requires a high school diploma with 2+ years in behavioral health or related coursework; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. A valid Nebraska driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2+ years behavioral health experience; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health issues and substance use disorders; experience with diverse populations.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license; must be 21+; no felonies in last 5 years.
• Adaptability, strong communication, dependability, ethics, urgency, interpersonal skills, and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director in implementing MidPointe Day Rehabilitation program.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment for participants and staff; supervise activities.

THE JOBThe Rehab Recovery Facilitator position assists the Program Director in implementing the MidPointe Day Rehabilitation program. Ensures a clean, safe environment for the participants and staff. Provides supervision of adult participant activities and is responsible for enforcement of facility rules and procedures. Communicates with facility staff on status of facility and participants.
