New hires for this position typically start between $17.30 and $20.78 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

The Residential Treatment Specialist (RTS) is responsible for providing physical care and in collaboration with other staff, shall be responsible for implementing programming designed to assist each resident with their individual treatment plan. This position supports the Behavioral Health Division of Pioneer Human Services by ensuring the provision of quality and cost effective chemical dependency services.
