CNS is seeking a Residential Treatment Coordinator to develop and monitor individualized residential patient treatment programs ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This role involves on-site staffings, training, and programming, including safe patient handling and documentation review.

The position emphasizes collaboration with residential and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes and independence for those served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent rehabilitation experience.
• Working knowledge of rehabilitative care is required. Previous experience in direct patient care is highly preferred.

• Performs reporting procedures
• Reviews, distributes, monitors, and trains staff on treatment and behavior programs
• Conducts on-site residential staffings, training and programming as required. Makes rounds of patient apartments/homes, trains Direct Care Staff, and reviews documentation at the residential location.

Responsibilities

The Residential Treatment Coordinator develops and monitors individual residential patient treatment programs assuring compliance with State and Federal regulations. Conducts on-site residential staffings, training, and programming as required. Performs toilet and chair transfers without assistance for patients up to 150 pounds utilizing approved transfer techniques. Trains direct care staff and reviews programs at the residential location.

Qualifications

Experience and Education

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent rehabilitation experience require.
• Work Experience: Working knowledge of rehabilitative care is required. Previous experience in direct patient care is highly preferred
