Franciscan Health Dyer Campus is seeking a Residential Advisor to support residents in a medically prescribed psychosocial treatment plan. You will monitor progress, guide development of social, emotional and intellectual skills, and help maintain a therapeutic milieu that ensures safety for residents, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s Degree Social Service.
• Required Bachelor’s Degree Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related allied health field.
• 1 year Social Services Preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Monitors progress and provides developmental guidance to residents in residential treatment programs.
• Assists residents in adapting and learning new social, emotional and intellectual behaviors as part of a medically prescribed psychosocial treatment plan.
• Manages the therapeutic milieu to assure the safety and well-being of residents, families, and caregivers.
