CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support the Behavioral Health Child/Adolescent Utilization Management team in coordinating admissions for out-of-home residential services. The role requires strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills to liaise with providers, care management staff, and internal departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment across multiple levels of care.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support member treatment goals.
• Manage the residential referral process, including distribution of referrals, tracking provider responses, and documenting facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners to ensure timely submission of clinical information for facility reviews.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care and minimize delays.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for residential treatment providers, behavioral health homes, and internal stakeholders.
• Respond urgently to facility disruptions, denials, or changes in member circumstances by coordinating alternative options.
• Participate in behavioral health utilization management rounds and interdisciplinary case reviews.
• Facilitate meetings with residential providers to support collaboration and improve outcomes.
• Partner with Care Management, Utilization Management, Quality Management, and other departments to support continuity of care.
• Identify and escalate concerns to leadership.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and tracking tools per policies.
• Support projects, reporting activities, and other operational initiatives related to residential treatment coordination.
• Apply care coordination principles and established policies to promote quality outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
